Question by Chelsea: Whats a free, efficient security system that’ll fix my computer?
I have Symantec Norton Security right now, but it keeps telling me i need to buy it again. It really didn’t work well for my computer. The people who work my wireless internet said that the system I have is just about the worst one. So… does anyone know a software I can download for free that’ll clean up my computer? fix it ect. ect. ect.

If its windows PC get Microsoft Essentials it’s free and works quite well. You can get it from MS here is a link http://www.microsoft.com/Security_Essentials/

norton offers free antivirus/antispyware removal for it’s paying customers just go to Norton.com look for customer services then antivirus/antispyware removal help…here is a list of free online virus scans Safety.Live.com(that one is Microsoft’s) Symantec.com Housecall.TrendMicro.com Comodo.com…Comodo.com offers a free security suite plus other free items to protect your online banking and shopping accounts from the makers of Comodo Firewall Pro…Avira.com has free antivirus/antispyware they make a great product
Avast or Avir anti-virus, both have free versions (don’t install more than one anti-virus program. Uninstall Norton’s). Also install Malwarebytes, Spybot Search and Destroy and AdAware (by Lavasoft).

or AVG Antivirus Professional for Windows 7 8.5 Build 276a1438
they two have better performance even under windows 7.
