Question by Sam’s Mom: How do I download pictures from my computer onto a digital photo frame?
I just bought the frame and, not being too educated about computer technology, I don’t know what to do. I put an SDHC memory card into the frame, plugged it in, went to my pictures file then used a USB cord to connect the computer to the picture frame, turned on the frame, but that’s where I’m lost. How do I tell the computer to download the pictures? Help please?

Open Windows Explorer, if you have Windows (I’m not sure what the equivalent is for an Apple Mac).
Your digital frame should show up as an extra disk drive, when you click on the + next to My Computer. If you haven’t added any drives this will be something like Removable Disk (E:).
Next find your photos in My Pictures (click the + next to My Documents), or wherever else you stored them on the computer.
Select the pictures, by clicking once. Don’t release the mouse button, but
drag the picture to Removable Disk (E:), then release it.
If this doesn’t work send me a message and I’ll explain Plan B.
