Why does the camera on my computer produce mirror images of the original?
Question by pbpullman: Why does the camera on my computer produce mirror images of the original?
If I take a picture with a normal camera, the image uploads correctly to my computer. When I use my computer’s camera, it produces a mirror image. Is there a driver setting or something I need to change to avoid this?

Yes, webcams usually come with software that – amongst other things – let’s you mirror reverse the image.
If you don’t have the right driver/software, you’ll be able to download it from the manufacturer (provided it is from a reputable company).
