Question by Matthew A: Editing Photos on Photoshop CS3 Help?
i was wondering if maybe i could get some sites where they can give a step by step tutorial how to edit picture. This is what i am looking for to get help in:

-smoothing skin
-computer make up
- anything interesting and fun to play with
