Q&A: I hooked another hard drive to my computer and still cant find the files?

Question by Daniel S: I hooked another hard drive to my computer and still cant find the files?
I hooked the hard drive from my moms computer to my computer to get the pictures she had on her computer off since her computer broke. I cant find any of the pictures that she had but I found all sample pictures that come on the computer when you buy it. Can anyone give me some advice?

Your are either looking under the wrong account (make sure you have enabled view hidden files and folders) or there are no pictures on her hard drive. Cheers!

To see hidden files:

1. On the Tools menu in Windows Explorer, click Folder Options.

2. Click the View tab.

3. Under Hidden files and folders, click Show hidden files and folders.
