What portable device do I buy to view videos downloaded from my XP PC?

Question by ELKRIVERSCOTT: What portable device do I buy to view videos downloaded from my XP PC?
I only want to view video and audio that lasts five minutes as a sales tool, to demonstrate how something works. Something real inexpensive with only the ability to view what I pull from my PC, Do I need to buy software? Do I buy a player that accepts SD card from PC or one that I can download directly to with a USB.

palm treo TX or a cellphone with the video converted to a 3gp format

I think the treo does MP4? I dont remember, I sold the ones I had.

A cellphone like a palm680 has a big screen and does videos
