  1. If the computers are both on the same network, you can simply copy/pase it.

If you have a large flash drive, you could copy the file to it and then copy from the flash drive to your other rig.

If you have a DVD burner, you could put the file into a multi-part archive (using WinRAR or equivilent) and burn it to DVD.

You could take the hard drive out of one rig, put it in the other, transfer the data, then put it back again.

  2. The file is too big to fit on a DVD.

You will have to create a network bewteen the 2 PC’s, and either use a cross over cable or connect each PC to a Ethernet switch.
Configure each PC for the same worksgroup.
The PC’s will now be on a network that will allow files to pass from one to another.

On one PC share share out the source folder.
On the destination PC locate the shared folder on the source PC, and copy the file across.

  3. If you have an iPod, you can use that. Copy the files to the iPod then copy them to the machine.

If you have your two system on the same home network, it should be pretty straight foward to setupa shared folder and stuff. What version of Windows are you using?
