What’s the best way to exercise sore wrists from playing PC games?

Question by thebewast: What’s the best way to exercise sore wrists from playing PC games?
My wrist sometimes gets this tingly cramp after clicking the mouse so much. I HAVE tried taking a break from it – for about as long as a week, but that didn’t seem to work, which is why I ask.

It sounds like you may have Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.

“It’s best to seek medical attention at once for any frequent or persistent tingling in the fingers or hand. Clinical diagnosis of CTS is often complicated as the condition can arise from arthritis in the neck rather than median nerve (wrist) compression. But the typical night-time or early morning hand tingling, and use of certain tests help to confirm CTS.”

  1. I found that the best is to just take breaks. Also, to change the way you are sitting. I found that by lowing my chair a little and so I’m not like hovering over my keyboard and mouse really helped. So yeah, try change ur position and see if that helps.
