Question by joshino: How To fix my computer’s iTunes problems?
My laptop can connect to the internet through a browser but as soon as i go into itunes it says iTunes could not connect to the iTunes store check that your internet connection is active and try again.

My home has a Belkin Wireless Router and my laptop is compaq.

P.s it also can’t connect through other programs like frostwire or AVG
I have tried all the apple solutions and allowed them through the firewall even flushed the DNS Server

um im not an expert on internet but i think that sometimes you can have certain ports open that allow certain ways of internet communication but not others. also your firewall could be blocking the programs. go into your firewall settings and allow the programs.
