Question by James: Computer building help needed, video card broken ?
I had real trouble getting my computer to start now i took care of a grounding issue with motherboard. Now when i turn on the computer the CPU fan spins and doesnt turn off (even tho computer doesnt start) but as soon as i plug the power into the video card the CPU fan and the lights on mother board just flash (the fan works for a few spins) then turns off and turns on again 15 seconds later.

Try taking out your ram and putting them back in,

    if you hear your pc making a 3 consecutive beeps that 1means your video card is bad….mine made those 3 beeps all i did was dissconect the video card and re install
