Question by Jack S: GIMPshop Vs. Photoshop useing Manga?
Hello, i’m Jack S. i’m starting a new online manga series, and i cannot afford Photoshop. were talking around 0.i have recently discoverd GIMPshop, a free program that is simular to photoshop. and what im trying to do is add like, effects and all that stuff and color in my drawings, useing gimpshop, and that is why i am asking this question:

Is GIMPshop the same for coloring and adding computer effects to manga drawings? if so, Where can i find a tutorial?
