Question by John H: Are there prerequisites for being on the Geeksquad at Best Buy?
Do you need a degree or do they train you on how to troubleshoot and fix computer problems?

Its like any other job in American. You will fill out an application and if you haven’t had formal training, you won’t look like a good candidate. You would have to talk to them in an interview to convince them that you know what are doing.
