Software for taking a break from computer?

Question by yes1guy1no: Software for taking a break from computer?
My doctor recommended I take frequent breaks (after 1hr of computer usage). Does anyone know of any application that does this, that will pretty much disable the computer and force me to do something else. Heh, I guess you can call me lazy and such, because I could just turn of the computer, but I would like a reminder program, like a timer or whatever.

there are no such programs. Don’t be on it for so long
